Second, you should meet the minimum age and eyesight requirements prescribed. For instance, if you are driving a car or a light van that weighs 750 kg or less, or one that accommodates a maximum of eight passengers, then you should be at least seventeen (17) years old. In addition, if your vision is impaired, then you have to wear the legally mandated type of glasses or contact lenses.
Third, it is your obligation to ensure that the vehicle you are manoeuvring has a tax disc, which represents that the transport has duly paid the excise duty.
